Crispy Lobster with Hot Chili
Oman Lobster, whole 500g
Fresh red chili , chopped 30g
Fresh green chilies, chopped 30g
Garlic chopped 30g
White sugar 30g
White Onion ,chopped 30g
Coriander leaves, chopped 15g
Pickled garlic 30g
Spring Onion,chopped 15g
Liquid seasonal 20ml
Vegetable stock 50 ml
Cooking oil 250ml
White Vinegar 20ml
Water 30ml
Corn Flour 5g
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Method of Preparation:
Deep fry lobster to make it crispy. Combine garlic,onion,red and green chilies,pickled garlic and coriander leaves. Heat oil in a saucepan. Stir fry all the ingredients including spring onion and liquid seasoning, then add salt,pepper,sugar,vegetable stock and vinegar.
Mix corn flour with water and add it to the mixed ingredients in plate and place the crispy lobster on the top.
